My name is Marie Milo. As an African-American woman I have concerns for people I live amongst in my own neighborhood, city and country. I see that there is a need to connect in a meaningful way to other people in other neighborhoods, cities and countries around the world. I want to know about the struggles and concerns of people like me around the world. I am a certified public accountant and have a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in business administration, both from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. I have years of self- employment experience as well as experience working with and for other for-profit as well as nonprofit organizations.
