Out West Restaurant is located at 5127 Walnut Street in Philadelphia , PA. I recently checked it out with a friend. The restaurant has an additional dining area on the second floor. Additionally, there is an open air section for dining al fresco. My companion ordered a Strawberry Basil Matcha for $8.00 and a cinnamon roll for $6.00. I ordered a drip coffee for $3.50. I enjoyed sitting in the outdoor dining area. I thought the prices were high and I would rate the overall experience there as fair.

He showed me pictures of the damaged roof and the repairs he made to it. The price was reasonable and he was a fast, clean and efficient worker.
